Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to strength training, I can help you improve joint mobility and build strength so that you can feel more comfortable and confident in your body.

By identifying areas of restriction and compensation, we can focus our efforts on targeted exercises that will restore freedom of movement. When our joints are able to work they way in which they were designed, we have the ability to train more complex movements without causing unnecessary wear and tear. The result is a stronger, more resilient body that allows for movement longevity- which means you get to do what you love for as long as possible.

Personal training begins with an assessment of basic joint function and a bodyweight strength training evaluation. These findings coupled with your individual fitness goals will form the basis for your customized program. All of this can be done virtually from the comfort of your own home!
